KG offers reliable rotating segments that can be used to change the angle of the transport route without changing the direction of transport of the product. These elements enable flexible and space-saving integration into your conveyor technology while ensuring a continuous flow of material.
The design with an internally toothed slewing ring allows rotation over 360°, which is ideal if you want to vary transport routes or make optimal use of rooms with limited space.

Our rotating segments are available in different designs so that you can choose the right solution for your operation:
- Driven by roller conveyor: The segments are carried by rollers and driven by a motor – ideal for moderate to high conveyor speeds.
- Driven by chain conveyor: In particularly robust applications or for loads with high requirements, we use a chain drive solution for maximum load capacity and continuous operation.
- Non-driven element: If only a change of direction is required in the conveyor path, we also offer passive rotary segments that operate without a motor – e.g., for low conveyor speeds or small piece goods.
